Dr. Lee S. Portnoff is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon with extensive experience in medical and surgical dermatology. He is certified with the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) for both dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. His formal education and training include:

Dr. Portnoff earned various honors and awards during his educational career, including a National Science Foundation Fellowship and, during medical school, the Antoinette Frances Dames Prize in Physiology and Biophysics, the Kehar S. Chouke Prize in Anatomy, and two Scholarship Book Awards.
He has served as an officer of multiple medical organizations including the American Society for Mohs Surgery (ASMS), the Missouri Dermatological Society (MDS), and the St. Louis Dermatological Society. For 30 years he was the Chairman of the St Louis Dermatological Society Skin Cancer Screening Program. This program is one of the largest and has conducted more screenings than any other local program in the country. He has lectured multiple times at ASMS meetings.
In his spare time, Dr. Portnoff enjoys swimming, bicycle riding, and traveling with his wife.
